A Bronx mother is pleading for the safe return of her daughter who's been missing for nearly three weeks.
Kassandra Ramirez's family last heard from the 25-year-old on Sept. 19. She apparently told a cousin that she was meeting with someone that day.
The family has since posted flyers throughout their Morrisania community and filed a missing persons report at the NYPD's 42nd Precinct.
Ingrid Santana, Ramirez's mother, says police told her that they're looking at surveillance video apparently showing Ramirez leaving an assisted living center on Melrose Avenue the day she disappeared.
Santana says her daughter always stays in contact with her family and was supposed to start a new job last week. Ramirez recently missed her young son's birthday, which Santana says she has never done before.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
